Seeking Rental in Tremont

We are a quiet couple currently living in Tremont, seeking a rental and plan to remain in the neighborhood. Our price ranges to a max of about 650$ per month. We hope to find a downstairs unit or house, as we have an indoor/outdoor cat that needs to gain acess at ground level. Please contact me with any such places you have, or know of. I'd greatly appreciate it, and love to view the properties. We are not currently in a lease and not in a hurry to move... although we plan to move before the fall. Thanks for taking the time to read this.

Looking for a small one bedroom/efficiency ASAP

I'm desperately looking for a one bedroom/efficiency apartment in tremont that's around $350-$400. I'm a single female, 22 years old, quiet, clean, responsible. I work downtown and don't have a car, so tremont would be the perfect location for me, but I just can't seem to find that cozy little nook to settle in. If anyone knows of a place available, please let me know. I would greatly appreciate it. My current home phone is (440)543-9343 and cell (440)317-0150. Thanks for looking ~Sarah

Wanting to move back to Tremont

Hey everyone! My boyfriend and I lived in Tremont before moving to Shaker Heights due to his commute to Twinsburgh.

Needless to say, we hate it. We have gotten totally screwed over by our landlord (long story) and we just don't really care for Shaker Heights (just our opinion)

Does anyone know of some good landlords to contact in the Spring about places to rent...? We seem to have really bad luck with landlords, no matter how much we research our place and the landlords...

Thanks!
