From an email:
The Cleveland Restoration Society is a non-profit organization that assists homeowners with repair and historic preservation projects. [They] provide free advice as well as a low-interest rehab loan to homeowners in historic Tremont, thanks to the support of Councilman Joe Cimperman.
If you need to spruce up your home a bit, this might be right up your alley. I used two clichés in that sentence.

Query: Does this program
Query: Does this program operate in all of Tremont, the Historical District in Tremont (i.e. immediately adjacent to Lincoln Park) or Ward 13 Tremont - as you mention Joe Cimperman support?
Or is it some other geographical boundaries not anticipated here?
Sounds like a great program, but I'm unclear as to the intended service area. Like to know who this program can serve so I can talk it up to people who can participate.
Thank you.
I'm not sure, but I expect
I'm not sure, but I expect that it is only in the designated historic district.
