A Cleveland police officer will be holding 'office hours' on Tuesday nights in September at the TWDC offices. He will be available from 5-7pm at 2406 Professor.

Our 'community-based officer' will be on-hand for two hours each week to take complaints, file reports, provide a sounding board and be a resource for Tremont's residents. As he will be based in the office, he cannot take reports for certain crimes that occurred off-site at another time (like Breaking & Entering).

 The success (and subsequent continuation) of this program will be determined by response from the neighborhood. Please  be sure to take advantage of this resource!

The community policing initiative was identified as a priority by a group of residents who attended the Safety Committee Planning Retreat in April 2008; it is funded by a grant from ArcelorMittal Steel.
