Saturday, May 3rd at 3:00pm, Visible Voice will be hosting a book signing and reading for the newly published Cleveland Poetry Scenes: A Panorama and Anthology,
edited by Mary Weems, Nina Gibans and Larry Smith. This 40 poet
anthology explores the landscape of Cleveland’s Poetry scene from 1945
- Present and includes 20 articles spanning the history of the
Cleveland Poetry Scene.

In addition, directly following the 2pm
plaque dedication ceremony honoring late Cleveland poet, Daniel
Thompson (on Daniel’s Way [West 2nd St. at Rockwell] in downtown
Cleveland), we are hosting a reception for this event including
readings and the screening of a movie about Thompson in our upstairs
room around 4pm that day.
