We are known to be one of the best landlords in the area. We have a nice 2 bedroom unit in the downstairs of a house coming up On March 1 and we are in the process of restoring another downstairs of a two bedroom house and they are all in good locations in Tremont. I have a great duplex in Tremont. It is a three bedroom side by side. It has a large living room, dining room and kitchen,with great hardwood floors downstairs. Upstairs are three bedrooms with a bath. It also includes an attic and basement. A washer and dryer is in the basement. It will be available sometime in March. It has crown moldings and is well kept up. Contact me for more information.

I live under someone- it seems that our ceiling is their floor. It sounds like they are bowling or dropping croquet balls on the ground at 1 am and 6 am sometimes.  Thank god they moved out recently.

And yes! I totally understand where you are coming from. The people above us have 5 children! YES 5!!! Its so horrible. I will never ever live under anyone again. Especially people that have children and have no respect for the other people living under them..
