Hello Neighbor!

I am in town for the next few months, working for a bank on a temporary IT project. I am currently staying in a house with two other guys on w61 at Detroit, but this is not a comfortable place to live during the week. The other guys are noisy and messy, and my car was swiped from in front ot the house last Friday. So I'm looking for a new place to hang my hat Su-Th. I drive back down to the farm weekends to say hi to the wife and help out with chores etc.

I am looking for a sleeping room with kitchen privileges and offstreet parking as a minimum, and could also see renting a small efficiency apartment. I have some furniture up here already. I cannot do a long term lease because of the nature of the job. I would also much prefer it if utilities were covered in the rent, again, it doesn't make much sense to sign up for gas and electric only to leave in a few months. Must be near a bus route.

PS just for comparison purposes, I am paying $400/mo, utilities included, for a room with the use of the rest of the house.
