I'm thinking of moving to Cleveland from the Bay Area. Tremont looks cool!
I just quit my silicon valley job ( finally!) and am ready to sell my ridiculously overpriced (still!!) 2 bed one bath house and start over. Send me an email and let me know why I should move to cleveland!
I'm in my early 40's, have a dog, want to open a little boutique or spa or something like that!

The real estate is out of
The real estate is out of control reasonable compared to the Bay Area. We have a huge fresh water supply (we all know dogs love water.) And all the residents and business owners in Tremont are incredible.
Cleveland is a secret gem. We don't want the word to get out too much because then we'll have crazy real estate and cost of living gouges! ;-)
