Must love dogs. Must love all kinds of weather and be willing to work in all conditions. Manual labor, this is not a "play with dogs all day" job. Must be willing to learn and must be willing to clean and use cleaning products. Fun atmosphere and great people to work with. Past experience in the animal field or volunteering position at a local shelter is preferred. Wages based on experience.
