The unit is nestled in the original portion of a multi-family home which is owner occupied. The original structure was a farmhouse which is “on the books” as constructed in 1880, however, the building techniques indicate an earlier time period.

The primitively constructed farmhouse was the original farm which was later parceled off to development, creating: St. John Cantius, the parcel which is now the Treehouse, St. Peter & Paul and other surrounding homes and businesses. The farmhouse itself was expanded in 1910 with expanded living quarters, and again in the early Thirties - literally slapping a storefront on the front of the home to sell "candy."

The entire building has been completely restored, both inside and out, taking care to meld modern building materials into the scheme while maintaining historic aesthetics.

The unit is a full efficiency and larger than your average hotel room. The open floor plan with modern color scheme offers a full, galley kitchen complete with dishwasher. A washer/dryer unit is also available in-suite and wireless internet access is included.
