Sugar Free Chocolate

Does anyone know where I can get sugar free chocolate candy in Cleveland?

My grandma is diabetic and would like some for Christmas.

I found a bunch at the Walgreen's on W. 117th. Does anyone know if any local places like Malley's make it?
