I. Call to Order - 12 Residents, 1 Organizer, 6 Guests
Meeting was called to order by chairs.

II. Review and Approval of October Minutes
Minutes Approved as Presented

III. Marila Davila from Cuyahoga County Recorder's Office
Recorder's Office offers:
1. Free Filing of Veteran Info
2. Identity Theft expunging of SSN
3. Deed forms for spouses and single transfers
4. Federal Information Center brochure.
5. Living Will information.

IV. Nicole McGee from Neighborhood Family Practice
Neighborhood Healthcare available for all

V. Craig Hebebrand from ODOT
1. Reviewed Innerbelt project potentials and talked about noise abating walls.
2. Can view Quigley Roundabout Clips here.
3. Next public meeting in June.

VI. Crime and Safety
Many residents reported on a rash of breakins that have recently occurred, in broad daylight all over the neighborhood. It was suggested that it is probably the same few people doing all of this.

VII. Old Business
Skipped due to time constraints.

VIII. New Business
The December meeting has been rescheduled for December 7th and is also the holiday party. This is a potluck event so attendees are encouraged to bring some food.

Nominations for Block Club co-chairs were taken at this meeting and will be accepted and elected at the December meeting.

I. Call to Order—Meeting called to order by co-chairs Frank Tkacz and Becca Riker. Residents went around the table and introduced themselves by name and street.

II. Review and Approval of Minutes from November, 2006—Minutes were approved as presented.

III. Neighborhood Crime and Safety Concerns – Hot Spot forms available—Lynn McLaughlin Murray will check on the status of Joseph Duffield case—block club will possibly send a letter to the judge—volunteers may attend sentencing

IV. Old Business
A. TWDC Annual Meeting – Thursday, January 25th – Dinner – 6 pm; Meeting – 7 pm at OLA/St. Joseph
Center
B. Candidates for TWDC Board of Directors? (Need Bio submitted by Dec. 15th to be included in
the Annual Meeting Packet Mailing)
C. Would Auburn Block Club like to make a display—(review of 2006) for TWDC Annual Meeting? Volunteers to help?

Neighborhood Spring clean-up – get participation of block club, youth, and Court Community Service workers
Drainage cover cleaning
Lighting for perimeters of Lincoln Park – West 11th, 14th, & Kenilworth not well lit
Starkweather paving chopped out on Starkweather from West 11th Street east – paving ground up

Seek dividers to be placed back on benches in Lincoln Park from which they have been removed. The dividers discourage sleeping on the benches.
Explore grant possibilities seeking to fund the obtaining of security cameras for Lincoln Park

Four panels of Tremont History to be displayed at Pilgrim during Tremont Art Walk and month to follow—display moves to Tremont West office in January, 2007

New Designs for For-Sale Homes - ValleyView
Tuesday, December 12th at 6:30 pm. The meeting will be at the Tremont West Office Conference Room at 2406 Professor Avenue (just north of Jefferson)
After a long process of reorganizing the for-sale homes piece of the Valleyview redevelopment, the project is moving forward. Exciting new designs are being made for the project. The new designs will be shown to the Professor-Thurman-Valleyview Block Club.

VII. Election of Co-chairs and Secretary/Scribe for 2007
A. Membership present requested show of hands and not written ballots—elected Frank Tkacz and Lynn McLaughlin Murray as co-chairs for 2007. Congratulations, Frank and Lynn. Thanks for your willingness to serve. Thanks as well to James Baker for running!

VIII. Raffle Drawing and Date of Next Meeting - Thursday, January 11, 2007 – 7:00 p.m. – Adjourn
