With April, comes the promise of the end of winter, true
rebirth with muddy puddles and baseball's opening day. It is also tends to mean just one more snow
fall in the Cleveberg land of eternal grey.
Such is ambitious expectation, so many times based on overwhelming
desire for something just a little better...or warmer. Foolishness in chance. However, a sure thing is that April IS
national poetry month and The Lit Cafe has evolved to a point that it NEVER
disappoints. This month is no

TWDC Safety Committee's planning retreat is this coming Saturday, 4/12, from 9a-12n. Meeting will be held on the third floor at Merrick House.

Ever since I’ve known Howard, he’s been dead. So begins author Patricia Kambitsch’s memoir, Looks Like Howard,
a story about how her father, despite his untimely death, thrives
through the collective memories and imagination of his widow and six
children.

Yet another in a series of monthly poetry events brought to you by our
good friend Allisun Hovater. "the Professor of Poetry" with Steve Goldberg will
be an interactive, assignment-based class with readings included. The
"class" portion of the evening should last about an hour and will be

Come eat and Grumpy’s Café will donate 20%
of your bill to Neighborhood Family Practice
